Here are three; super affordable to expensive but worth every penny.
Cheap and cheerful: Pares Balta, a biodynamic Brut Cava from Spain made by one of the most famous lady winemakers in the world. Fresh floral notes and a mouthful of lime and apple. Cava is so worth the price for a traditional method Champagne style wine. $19
Mid range: Argyle bubbly from Oregon, a world class traditional style brut, my favourite is their Extended Tirage Brut. Notes of honey, orange rind and a nutty brioche finish. $35
Treat yourself: Laurent-Perrier Cuvee Rose Brut! That's a mouthful. This bubbly is richness embodied in a sleek frame, with crushed raspberry, blood orange peel, smoke and toasted almond notes. $200+
